Orders and payment

These terms apply to purchases from Everyday Warmth. Review the product description, selected options, delivery details, currency and total payable before placing an order. Available payment methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Supplier fulfilment

We coordinate orders with supplier partners who may dispatch products directly from abroad. Everyday Warmth remains your contact for questions about your purchase. Supplier fulfilment does not remove applicable statutory responsibilities. See our Shipping policy.

VAT, customs and import charges

Orders may be dispatched directly by supplier partners from abroad. We do not collect customs duty or import taxes at checkout. Where applicable, import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fees are handled during importation and may be payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. These charges are separate from the amount paid to us unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable statutory obligations remain unaffected.

Customer service, cancellations and returns

Contact delano.dunnes@live.nl with your order number for questions, complaints, cancellations or return instructions. Please contact us for the correct return address before sending goods back. These terms do not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty or incorrect goods.
