Delivery and supplier fulfilment

Everyday Warmth coordinates orders with supplier partners who may dispatch products directly from abroad. Items in the same order may arrive separately. Available destinations, shipping charges and any delivery estimate shown for your order should be reviewed before payment. Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

VAT, customs and import charges

Orders may be dispatched directly by supplier partners from abroad. We do not collect customs duty or import taxes at checkout. Where applicable, import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fees are handled during importation and may be payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. These charges are separate from the amount paid to us unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable statutory obligations remain unaffected.

Cancellations and returns
